SHIPPING INFO

Tengri pro is located in Serbia and provides shipping to worldwide destinations. In order to obtain certain level of security for our buyers items are shipped with DHL Express service.

Please also note that all duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check import duties and fees in your country.

DHL Express Worldwide

Packages are sent via super-fast & safe DHL Express Shipping Service and delivered via DHL courier at the destination country. It takes only 2-4 business days for our products to arrive anywhere in the world, and all of the items are insured.

If orders are subject to import duties, this can take a day or two longer – in this case, DHL may charge a passing-through-customs service – please check with your local DHL office before ordering.

Orders sent via DHL are dispatched only once a week – on Wednesdays or Thursdays.

Tracking number is provided.

DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

DHL cannot ship to Russian Federation.
